Klaus Briegel

Klaus Briegel is Senior Partner at Kessel & Kessel GmbH. His work focuses on supporting companies in the development and implementation of agile structures and ways of working. He has developed and supported processes for the implementation of agile working methods for a broad range of companies. His particular expertise is the holistic view of companies and targeted change in light of complex, volatile and ambiguous background conditions.
Klaus has more than 25 years of specialist, project management and management experience with Mercedes-Trucks. In this context he supported projects and change processes in Brazil, Turkey and France and was responsible for “internal consulting” topics. He also worked for two consulting companies and as an independent consultant in a variety of different industries. During this time, he developed a special expertise in the holistic support of medium-sized enterprises. In 2013 and 2014, he supported start-ups in South Africa with their strategic orientation and establishment in the market. He advises and supports executives and management teams.
After training as a banker, Klaus studied sociology and business administration in Mannheim and Heidelberg. He has many years of training in labor science as well as systemic strategy and organizational development. He has been a lecturer at the Institute of Industrial Management at the University of Karlsruhe. During his time as a manager and consultant at Mercedes, he worked extensively on the training and development of consultants. And he has developed approaches for decision-making in critical situations in his work as a trainer in mountaineering/ski mountaineering.
